


MEET THE TEACHERS

Jack May
- Hip Hop, Acro
Born and raised in Canberra Jack moved to Melbourne in 2010 to pursue a career in the performing arts. Since then he has travelled and taught nationally and internationally as a working choreographer. He has worked alongside some of Melbourne's elite dancers and choreographers in stage shows such as the Footy Show, Underground Melbourne, and most recently was an ensemble cast member of Las Vegas Touring show "Legends in Concert" that saw him travel to China. Jack has worked with a huge number of the High School/Primary schools in Melbourne offering workshop and solo choreographic work. He values the importance of fun in the classroom and prides himself in his ability to communicate and connect with people of all ages.

Elpida Markogiannakis
- Hip Hop
With over 18 years of dance experience and more than 13 years of specialised hip hop training under some of Melbourne’s leading instructors, Elpida brings both depth and passion to the studio. For the past five years, teaching has been a deeply rewarding part of her journey, with a strong focus on nurturing growth, confidence, and artistry in every dancer!
Elpida are particularly passionate about working with young dancers, creating a supportive, positive, and engaging environment where children can build confidence, have fun, and develop a lifelong love of dance.

Allie Catrucco
- Contemporary
Allie Catrucco is a Melbourne-based dancer and choreographer with a strong foundation in both performance and creative development. Her work blends expressive movement with clarity, musicality, and dynamic technique.
Allie has performed across major events and productions including the Ai Ain Museum Inauguration Ceremony (UAE), AFL Grand Final for Robbie Williams, the Victorian Training Awards, YPA Gala Night as well as appearing in screen projects such as Deal or No Deal, Tonnes and I’d music video, Hunters TV Series and other on screen opportunities.
Allie has worked with leading Australian creatives including Sela Vai through her HUMXN program, Donnie Dimase, Hara Papoulias, and Yvette Lee. Learning from these industry leaders has shaped her approach as an educator, allowing her to guide students with real-world insight into the professional dance industry. She is eager to continue developing her teaching style and shaping the next generation of movers at MOMENTUM!

Gabby Camerlengo
- Acro, Contemporary, Hip Hop
Gabby started dancing when she was 4 years old, initially starting with ballet before branching out into Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, and Acrobatics. She began assistant teaching in 2010 and took her own classes the year after, before being appointed the program facilitator for tinies and tap at Galactic Dance in Melton. Since then, Gabby has taught in over 10 schools across Melbourne in all styles across all ages. Her qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), an Advance Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma of Teaching, which awarded her VIT registration. In the dance industry, she attended The Space FIIT course in 2018, has worked in a number of sectors including drag and cabaret, and has been a member of Lion heart Dance Company for the last 5 years, performing in 2 professional seasons with them.
Gabby values innovation, individuality and fun in her classes, and uses what she learned in Psychology and Education in order to help children reach their full potential. She is looking forward to working with the wonderful students at Momentum this year!

Hayley Tidd
- Hip Hop, Commercial, Jazz
Hayley has been dancing from a young age, training in a multitude of styles such as jazz, hip hop, contemporary and commercial dance. She competed in hip-hop competitions from 2016-2021 on both national and international levels. Hayley has since graduated from full-time vocational dance training at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance in 2023 - where she attained a Diploma of Professional Dance (Elite Performance) and a Cert IV in Dance Teaching and Management. She is very excited to work with the students at Momentum and share her love and passion for all things dance!

Paris Mackenzie
- Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop,
Paris McKenzie is a Melbourne based performer. She started dancing at the age of 6 and in 2022 completed her Full-time training at Spectrum Dance Studios. Paris is currently a dancer for the NBL as part of Melbourne United’s Superhoodz Dance Crew.
Her style is strong and edgy, with a keen eye for musicality. She has a real love for dance, music and the outdoors, and loves spending her free time with her family and friends (including her dogs) and going to the beach. She's got a real interest in sharing her passion and performance knowledge with the students of MOMENTUM and is excited to be part of the team!

Kayla Munn
- Hip Hop, Commercial
Starting dancing from a young age kayla has always loved performing and had a passion for being on stage. With 8+ years in the competitive hiphop scene and going on to graduate with a diploma in dance from Jason Coleman’s ministry of dance in 2019. She has performed on the AFL Footy Show, White Night Melbourne, Australia’s Got Talent and have danced for artist such as Tones and I.
She loves to connect with her students and brings humour and fun into the classroom, it's a pleasure to have Kayla on board the faculty!

Chloe Kemp
- Acrobatics
Chloe is a passionate dance teacher with 19 years of dance experience . She completed her full-time dance course at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance from 2024–2025 and obtained a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching
She's trained across all dance styles, with a strong passion for jazz, ballet, lyrical/contemporary, tap, and acrobatics. Her love for teaching lies in working with children and helping nurture the next generation of young dancers. She finds it incredibly rewarding to share knowledge, build confidence, and create a positive and supportive learning environment where students can grow both technically and personally.
Some of her professional performance credits include backing up dancing for Tones & I, performing at Crown Melbourne for the Spring Racing Carnival, and dancing for the Monash Children’s Hospital. She is very excited to be part of the faculty of MOMENTUM and can't wait to meet all her students!

Olivia Hamilton
- Ballet, Hip Hop, Commercial
Olivia began her dance training at a young age where she developed strong foundations in classical technique, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, hiphop and commercial. She went on to complete her full-time training at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance (JCMOD), graduating in 2023. During her time at JCMOD, Olivia had the opportunity to perform both locally and internationally. Olivia is excited to continue sharing her love of dance and inspiring the next generation of performers.
