Jack May 

  - Hip Hop, Acro 

Born and raised in Canberra Jack moved to Melbourne in 2010 to pursue a career in the performing arts. Since then he has travelled and taught nationally and internationally as a working choreographer. He has worked alongside some of Melbourne's elite dancers and choreographers in stage shows such as the Footy Show, Underground Melbourne, and most recently was an ensemble cast member of Las Vegas Touring show "Legends in Concert" that saw him travel to China. Jack has worked with a huge number of the High School/Primary schools in Melbourne offering workshop and solo choreographic work. He values the importance of fun in the classroom and prides himself in his ability to communicate and connect with people of all ages.


Tiahna Esteves

  - Hip Hop, Lyrical 

Tiahna has been dancing for sixteen years and trained in many dance styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Lyrical and Contemporary. From a very young age, Tiahna has been competing as a soloist and troupe member receiving many top awards both in Melbourne and Interstate. She has also travelled to USA to take dance classes in New York City and perform at Disney World Florida. Tiahna has completed Ballet, Jazz and Tap dance exams in multiple syllabi including Cecchetti, TAAD, BAL and ATOD. Tiahna has completed her Certificate II in Dance as well as VCE Dance. This year Tiahna will commence her full time dance training at Spectrum Dance Studios. She can’t wait to continue to grow as a dancer and share all that she learns with her students.

Danté Tomsic

  - Hip Hop, Commercial, Jazz 

Danté Tomsic studied at Spectrum Dance for three years completing her Cert IV in dance, and her Diploma in Musical Theatre. Danté was trained in Jazz, MT, Classical Ballet, Hiphop, Tap, Acrobatics, Partner work, Lyrical, Contemporary, Audition Technique, Strength and conditioning, & Singing and Acting. She has had the opportunity to work professional on: Yvette Lee’s Crown’s 25th Birthday and Crown’s Christmas Show, AFL Footy Show, Shared Tables Galas, Melbourne Storm Cheerleader/Street Crew Promo, Marilyn Monroe Tribute Singer, Fashion Aid, 29th Diamond Ball, multiple Flashmob’s, The Em Rusciano Comedy Show, Southern Beat Productions Galas and a variety of shows with Showtime Attractions. She is so grateful for her pervious training and very excited to start working within the industry, Danté comes with a wealth of knowledge and looks forward to meeting and sharing that information with all her students this year!

Scott Cosslett

  -  Acrobatics

Scotty Cosslett is a highly experienced teacher, choreographer & performer with over 15 years of industry experience. He is a a bright individual with a creative flare & loves instructing & engaging with kids, teenagers, adults, groups or individuals no matter what level of experience they have! 

Scotty has specialised in classical ballet, classic jazz, commercial jazz, hip hop, strut/heels, contemporary, lyrical, broadway, acrobatic dance, technique, & flexibility teaching at many of the top & highly regarded dance schools across Australia & Melbourne. 

Some career highlights include dancing with International Movie Stars Zac Efron & Nikki Blonsky, National Pop Sensations Ricki-Lee & Jessica Mauboy. Professional development at the International Dance Academy Los Angeles, The EDGE Performing Arts Center Los Angeles. Millennium Los Angeles, Professional international contract at Porto Sokhna Resort in Egypt, Nationally with the Australian Opera Company & the Youth Ballet of Western Australia. He is excited to be onboard at Momentum in 2020 & looks forward to sharing his knowledge & experience with you all!!

Sarah Power

  -  Hip Hop

Sarah started her dancing journey from age three,  she has trained in all styles of dance including jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, ballet and commercial. Sarah is currently studying at Melbourne's Elite Performing Arts Academy "Kelly Ayker's" and is almost finished her second year of full time study - Sarah holds a current Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management.

Sarah has a strong passion for teaching and is very dedicated to seeing students improve and reach their potential. Sarah can't wait to share her knowledge and experience with Momentum!

Steph Gardiner

  -  Jazz, Hip Hop

Stephanie has been dancing since the age of 3 and trained through the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dance until the age of 18. She then went on to train at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance, obtaining a Certificate IV in Dance Performance and soon after was offered a scholarship to train at The Edge School of Dance to complete her Diploma in Elite Performance. In 2016, Stephanie moved to Japan for 13 months to perform at Tokyo Disneyland where she danced in numerous of parades and shows as well as performed as some of our favourite Disney characters. Since returning back to Australia in 2017, Stephanie wishes to focus her passion of dance through her teaching in hopes to inspire and educate the younger generation and allowing them to find their passion in dance as well. Stephanie looks forward to joining the team of Momentum Arts Studio and meeting all the wonderful students.

Stephanie Brock

  - Hip Hop, Jazz/Lyrical

Stephanie was originally a gymnast at Jets Gymnastics, training at an elite level for 7 years. Stephanie then made the transition to dance and trained at the Edge Performers School for 8 years.

Stephanie undertook a year of full-time performing arts training at Spectrum Dance. During this year she completed her Certificate IV in dance and had the opportunity to perform for a variety of corporate events. Since finishing her full-time training Stephanie has become a dance teacher specialising in jazz, lyrical, hip hop, commercial jazz and acrobatics. She is very eager to jump into the studio with the Momentum students and is excited to share her passion and knowledge!

Lukas White

  - Acro, Hip Hop, Jazz

Lukas originally from Queensland, is a well known performer in the Melbourne dance community. Constantly experimenting with body awareness and movement control from a young age; Lukas finds inspiration from the people that surround him. Lukas specializes in urban and contemporary choreography and is an active member of Lion Heart Dance Company, you may have seen his work showcased in Grounded: battle of the arts or RAW – Transcend. Some of Lukas’s career highlights include dancing on Braille Face’s music video Glow or touring schools for book week through – Echelon Productions. Lukas is an incredibly diverse dance and experienced teacher, he has been sharing is passion for movement with the Melbourne dance industry for over 7 years and is a huge asset to the Momentum faculty. He is very excited about coming in to work with the Momentum students. 

Grace O'Toole

  - Acro

Grace O'Toole started dance and gymnastics at the age of
5 with Dance Plus and Jets Gymnastics. She finished her gymnastics career
at 15 years old as a Level 8 gymnast to pursue an interest in dancing. Grace has 3
years of teaching experience in acro/dance. She is currently studying full time
dance at Spectrum in Burwood. Grace holds a Certificate IV
in Dance and is mid way through her Diploma of Musical Theatre. Grace
is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and passion with the Momentum students this year!

Jack Evans

  - Acro

Jack has been teaching and performing among professional athletes for over 5 years. Styles of experience include Commercial Dance, Ballet, Hip hop, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Gymnastics, Aerial Training and Physical Conditioning. Initially from Queensland Jack's started his training with Raw Dance Company, then moved to Melbourne to continue his education at Patrick Studios Australia in the Music Theatre course.  Jack has had the pleasure  of performing with Royal Caribbean, and the Olympic Park association. He is excited to work with the acro students at Momentum and is keen to push and develop their technique and training to the next level!

Keely Jamieson

  - Hip Hop, Jazz

Keely started dancing at the age of 3 and has been inseparable from the sport ever since! 
She has trained in ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical and tap and competed all through her teen years.

Keely competed at a state level for gymnastics during her teens and is now in her second year at Spectrum Dance studying performing arts.

Keely is a member of the Melbourne Storm Street Crew who perform all over Victoria. She is super excited to work with all the Momentum Students.
